Ana Rosa García Pérez

Ana Rosa holds a degree in Art History (Autonomous University of Madrid), a degree in Audiovisual Communication, a Master’s in Teacher Training (Complutense University of Madrid), and a Master’s in Diagnosis of the State of Conservation of Historical Heritage (Pablo de Olavide University, Seville). Since joining in 2011 the Department of Diagnostic Imaging Studies in the Research and Training area of the IPCE, she has specialized in the capture, processing, and digital treatment of images obtained through the application of electromagnetic radiation (visible, ultraviolet, infrared, and X‑ray). She has actively participated in the preparation of technical reports on the state of conservation, in the publication of scientific articles, and in various projects framed within the National Research Plan in Conservation (PNIC) and the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation. She has also taught courses and workshops on imaging techniques applied to heritage conservation and has produced audiovisual materials for the dissemination and communication of the results of various studies and research projects in the field of heritage conservation.
