Carmen García-Frías Checa
Carmen holds a degree in Art History from the Complutense University of Madrid and is Curator of Old Master Paintings in the collection of Patrimonio Nacional, the Monastery of San Jerónimo de Yuste and the Cuarto Real Alto of the Alcázar of Seville, as well as a corresponding academic of the Academy of Noble Arts of Antequera (Málaga). Her main lines of research focus on the study of 15th- to 17th-century paintings belonging to the royal collections of Patrimonio Nacional and on the pictorial collecting of the Spanish monarchs.
